About the Project

AFTA’s Let’s Fish Australia is a national campaign by the Australian Fishing Trade Association that encourages more Australians to enjoy recreational fishing. Through television advertising and social media content, the campaign invites families, friends and newcomers to get outdoors, spend time together and experience the many benefits of fishing.

The campaign highlights fishing as more than a pastime, positioning it as a way to relax, reconnect with nature, support mental wellbeing and enjoy quality time with others. Its goal is to make recreational fishing feel welcoming, accessible and appealing to a broad audience across Australia.

Let’s Fish Australia is an initiative of the Australian Fishing Trade Association
