Our Association is raising money to upgrade the infrastructure and appliances at Leukemia House in Townsville, while showcasing great Aussie Companies and bringing back old-school Aussie Fun.

WHO ARE WE

We are a small committee established by The Bah Bait and Tackle with 48 sponsors this year helping to make it all happen, but our competitors come from every state in Australia.

A wide range of categories including Reef, Pelagic, Estuary, Crab, Crayfish and Spearfishing.

Our event is like no other, with four days of entertainment, games, and fun. We strive to offer affordable fun for the whole family. However, our primary reason is that we manage where our raised funds go and participate in the actual installation of the upgrades and appliances.

Registration is open from April 1st each year via the website. The public can attend and spectate free of charge, and everyone is welcome to come, get involved in the fishermen’s games and be a part of the whole challenge
