Support Local & Win Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By entering the Support Local & Win competition (“Competition”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
2. Promoter and SA Permit Details
The promoter is the Australian Fishing Trade Association (“Promoter”), PO Box 43, Junortoun VIC 3551. This competition is conducted under South Australian Lottery Permit number T25/2178.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of South Australia aged 18 years and over. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to enter, with the parent/guardian agreeing to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, participating stores, and any related entities are not eligible to enter.
4. Participating Stores
Only purchases made at participating stores are eligible for entry. Non-participating stores will not have any prize allocation. The following stores are included:

5. Competition Period
The Competition commences at 12:00am ACST on 24/11/2025 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on 11/01/2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
6. How to Enter
Make a purchase of $10 or more at a participating store during the Competition Period.
Scan the QR code displayed at the point of sale and submit the required details on the competition landing page.
Complete the online entry form including full name, email address, phone number, store of purchase, and upload an image of the receipt as proof of purchase. The receipt must clearly show the product(s) purchased, store, and purchase amount.
Each valid receipt equals one (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed if each is accompanied by a unique receipt. Duplicate entries or entries for returned products will be disqualified.
7. Prize Details
There are 7 weekly prize draws during the Competition Period, totalling 70 prizes:
10 x $400 vouchers
20 x $250 vouchers
40 x $150 vouchers
Total prize pool value: $15,000. Voucher values are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Vouchers will be purchased from local participating stores for prize fulfilment.
8. Prize Draw and Winner Selection
This is a game of chance. Each week, 10 winners will be drawn randomly using a verified, government-compliant draw tool.
Draw Schedule: Weekly prize draws will occur every Thursday at 2:00pm ACST during the Competition Period, commencing 27/11/2025 and concluding 15/01/2026 at the offices of the Promoter, PO Box 43, Junortoun VIC 3551.
Winners will be notified in writing (via email) and by phone within seven (7) days of the draw. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Publication of Winners
The details of winners with a prize value of over $250 will be published on the Promoter’s website https://letsfish.net.au/ within seven (7) days of the relevant prize draw and remain available for a minimum of 28 days. The publication will specify the winner’s name, suburb/town, and the date the prize was awarded.
10. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If a prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 2:00pm ACST on 29/01/2026 at the offices of the Promoter, PO Box 43, Junortoun VIC 3551. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing (via email) and by phone within seven (7) days of the draw.
The details of winners of unclaimed prizes valued over $250 will be published on the Promoter’s website https://letsfish.net.au/ within seven (7) days of the unclaimed prize draw and remain available for a minimum of 28 days.
11. Prize Collection
Winners must collect their prize from the store where the winning purchase was made. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification. Winners may be asked to provide a photo when collecting their prize, which may be used for promotional purposes. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the specified period, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another winner via the unclaimed prize draw process detailed above.
12. Privacy and Marketing
By entering the Competition, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying winners. You also consent to receiving marketing communications from the Australian Fishing Trade Association and participating stores. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://afta.net.au/privacy-policy/
13. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions where necessary, subject to any written directions from relevant authorities.
14. Force Majeure
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to any act of God, government intervention, war, or natural disaster.
